Poster Blight

Posters seem to sprout on anything that doesn't move. They are inoffensive on bus shelters, the traditional place for them, but create a messy appearance everywhere else. Perhaps if special designated stands were put up for them to alleviate the shortage of space on these shelters, scenes like the one below could be avoided.
